Returns
We operate using a dropshipping model, which means all return requests must be processed through our customer support team.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for customized items or items marked final sale.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns for:

Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer

Products damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once your return is approved and, if applicable, received:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect item ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
