Returns
We operate using a dropshipping model, which means all return requests must be processed through our customer support team.
Conditions for Returns:

Refunds
Once your return is approved and, if applicable, received:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

If the return is due to buyerโs remorse or incorrect item ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
